According to analytics data on Sony Interactive Entertainment's first-party projects, the sequel has surpassed 2.5 million copies sold. The majority of sales have come from the PS5, where the game initially ran exclusively on Sony’s newest console. Although it has recently been introduced on Steam for PC, no similar release plan has been confirmed for Xbox.

Sales distribution details include:

• Approximately 1.8 million copies purchased on PS5
• Around 700,000 copies acquired on PC

Notably, one million copies were sold during the initial two months between June and July 2025, contributing to a total revenue of roughly $170 million so far.
